Boosting The Bottom Line

GOOD VIBES OUTDOOR ™ BRAND

THE CHALLENGE
The key factor that makes Good Vibes Outdoors fundamentally different than other E-commerce growth companies is that they not only produce great products — they have a cult-like following of die-hard customers. We had to create an immersive story that highlights this revolutionary company.

OUTCOME
A strategic rebrand— logo, messaging, social media design, website and collateral —that not only celebrates their products, but captures the imaginations of current and potential customers.

The Bottom Line.

Good Vibes Outdoors is an innovative eCommerce company based in Oregon. Think of them like the Michael Jordan of eCommerce apparel. They have much fanfare — even professional athletes and celebrities frequent their products.

During an intense four month sprint, we rebranded Good Vibes Outdoor from the ground up—strategy, design, messaging and a crisp, new website. To top it off, we produced social media design and marketing collateral that premiered and welcomed a warm reception from their audience.

Strategy.

The project was initiated after a brief conversation between Codessa’s Executive Creative Director, Joe Momoh and Good Vibes Outdoors’ Chief Marketing Officer, Alex Torres. Together, they agreed that the entire executive team needed to jump on a video conference for a 2 day kick off discovery session.

It got deep. Lots of listening happened.

Once we got past some of the initial conversation, we were able to surface key insights into the pain points of Good Vibes Outdoor and customer base.

Design.

The website is the lifeblood of all modern E-commerce companies. Often misunderstood and overlooked. We only notice it when things stop working. Imagine your social media platforms crashing down. What is going to reconnect you to your customers? Your website is not just a hero, but a superhero.

This notion quickly formed into the design, visuals and messaging for the Good Vibes Outdoor brand and was applied across all key touch points including custom graphics for social platforms.

Good Vibes Outdoors’ leadership love the new site. Their customers love it more. With the decreased Bounce Rate, users are staying on their site longer. It’s all about user experience. That being said, users are converting into customers at a much higher clip. With product sales also increasing significantly during the same time period. A win-win situation for everybody!
